Welcome to Big Dog Pots. All pieces are given great thought every step along the way from creation through glazing! Great care, patience, and skill go into each of my unique, functional, one of a kind stoneware pottery pieces. I truly hope you will enjoy your Big Dog Pot.

I am committed to providing a unique source, for amazing and affordable handmade art for that special day, or everyday.

Payments

I accept Paypal and major credit cards.
Payment is expected at time of order.

Shipping

Normally I ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your paid order, and in most cases, your order will ship the next business day. If you need your order expedited, please contact me, and I will do my very best to meet your date.

All pottery is packed with care. I have found that the extra effort pays off in the safe arrival of your Big Dog Pot.

Orders are shipped First Class United States Postal Service with tracking, and insurance included in each shipment.

USPS does not provide international tracking for all destinations, please convo me to discuss shipping to your international location.

Whenever possible, I use clean, recycled packaging materials.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns

Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we can work together to complete a return and refund. Buyer pays all shipping and insurance fees to return the item safely to Big Dog Pots. Once I receive the pot(s), safe and sound, a refund then be made.

I insure each of my shipments, so rest assured that if something arrives and is damaged, we are able to "make things right."

An insurance claim with any of our carriers REQUIRES PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF of both damages and PACKAGING MATERIALS. Do not throw away packaging until we have the pictures we need to make a claim.

If packaging is discarded, I cannot guarantee a refund.
